RANGE OF MOTION ASSESSMENT FOR HEAD/JAW/NECK

Follow this video first to get your starting point for your pain level and range of motion. After doing the Head/Neck/Jaw segment, come back and re-check to measure your improvements. You'll be surprised how your body can easily release pain and reset itself without the need for uncomfortable pressure or inflicting pain to get there.

1 - Sinus Release

2 - Jaw Release

Do you grind, clench or have TMJ issues or headaches? Here's an easy way to release that jaw tension.
