Range of Motion Assessment for Hip/Leg

Use this video to get your starting point for the hip/leg movements, then use again after to measure your results. The releases are subtle while you're doing them and show their effectiveness in the post test.

1 - Hip Flex/Extend

Unstick those hips and make your walking easier and more comfortable.

2 - Lateral Hip Release

Back pain bending sideways or above your hips? Increase your comfort and flexibility.

3 - Ham/Quad Kick

Tight hamstrings or painful thighs? Feel the difference this makes for inner/outer and front and back.This movement is also a great warm up pre-lower body exercise or great release during activity to help prevent injury.

4- Knee Relief

Cranky knees are no fun. Use this to reduce pain, release fluid and make your knees happier.

5 - Calf Clear

Shin splints, calf pain or tightness? This will help.
